Live music and touring is not the kind of industry where generalist agencies can compete. The roles run on judgement, credits and relationships. A stage manager who has done arena shows is not the same as one who has done theatre runs. A lighting designer who is tour-ready is not the same as a studio LD. A tour manager who can hold a 60-day European run with a developing arena act is a different person from one who can run a club tour for a debut artist.
